On the last Saturday of every month since August 2018, Perth metalheads have swarmed to a little event called HORNOGRAPHY. A home base and safehaven for likeminded metalheads to gather and celebrate a scene that we all love.

This is not just any ordinary gig. Every month there have been fresh lineups, drink specials, metal DJ’s, photographer, projector screen, giveaways, promotions and theme nights. After every event there is action online with photos on the socials, monthly mailouts, competitions, local metal promo, and before we know it the next month is around again.

5 years later and passionate Perth metalheads have embraced HORNOGRAPHY as their very own. It has continued to flourish thanks to the punters, bands, photographer, venues, media, sponsors and a myriad of legends who have kept it alive!

Not only is this August’s event a 5th Birthday Bash, but it is also a send off for HORNOGRAPHY founders Dysie & Cabba, who are handing over the reigns! After a 5 year slog it is time for a changing of the guard, and local metal stalwart Andrew Massie will be taking charge to make sure HORNOGRAPHY lives on!

To make the most of this momentous occasion, we are throwing together a belter of an event packed to the brim with a big lineup, extra MC banter, and an abundance of metal giveaways with loot being passed around all night!

If you haven’t attended a show in a while, this is the one to go to. It would mean the world to Dysie and Cabba to see you all there and share a beer to celebrate the past and future of HORNOGRAPHY!
